Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you will have to send the invoice through our concerned mail given below of the page.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return (request) is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refund process timeline:
After the successful delivery, a period of 14 days will be a return period. If we get the request within this period, the refund will be made after getting the request from the customer. The amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days (Excluding Holidays).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Due to the non-physical items, we don’t exchange items. After returning the product (service), you can purchase any other item.
Shipping returns
We don’t sell any physical items, so shipping matters don’t belong to us.
